brep.ai (“brep”, “we”, “us”) builds and operates AI employees for small and medium businesses. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit brep.ai, book a call, or become a customer, and what we do with it.

• Contact details you submit (name, work email, company, message) when you book an intro call or email us.
• Usage data such as pages visited, referrer, device and browser type, collected through standard server logs and privacy-respecting analytics.
• Customer data you share with us during an engagement to design, deploy, and operate AI agents inside your stack.

How we use it

• To respond to enquiries and schedule calls.
• To deliver, monitor, and improve the AI agents and services we provide.
• To send service updates and, with consent, occasional product news.
• To meet legal, accounting, and security obligations.

Who we share it with

We share data only with vetted processors that help us run the business — for example email, calendaring, analytics, hosting, and the AI infrastructure that powers your agents. We never sell personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, then delete or anonymise it. Customer data is retained for the life of the engagement plus the period required by law.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to or restrict certain processing. Email info@brep.ai and we will respond within 30 days.
