Terms of Service
Agreement
These terms govern your use of the brep.ai website and any services provided by brep.ai (“brep”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or engaging us, you agree to them. Paid engagements are also governed by a separate signed services agreement, which prevails over these terms where they conflict.
Use of the site
You may use brep.ai for lawful purposes only. Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure.
Services
brep designs, deploys, and operates AI agents inside your business. The exact scope, deliverables, and fees of an engagement are defined in the signed services agreement. We make no guarantee that any specific business outcome will be achieved beyond what is committed there.
Intellectual property
Site content (copy, design, code, brand assets) is owned by brep. For paid engagements, ownership of code, prompts, configurations, and documentation produced for you is assigned to you on payment, except for our pre-existing tools, templates, and know-how, which we retain.
Confidentiality
Each side keeps the other's non-public information confidential and uses it only to deliver or receive the services.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, brep is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any engagement is capped at the fees paid for that engagement in the preceding 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
