- How is this different from an AI strategy deck?
- A deck describes a market. A review describes your business. Everything in the roadmap is tied to a named workflow, a volume, a cost to run today and an estimated cost to run with AI, so you can approve or reject each line on its own merits.
- How long does an AI consulting engagement take for an SME?
- Two to three weeks for the review itself. Businesses of 10 to 250 people have a countable number of core workflows, so a longer discovery phase adds cost rather than accuracy.
- Do we have to build with you afterwards?
- No. The roadmap is yours and it is written so an internal team or another supplier could act on it. If you do commission a build with us within 90 days, the review fee is credited against it.
- Do you work with businesses outside the UK?
- Yes. We work with UK and US businesses. Delivery is remote by default with on-site sessions where they add something.
